Girikon Employee Spotlight Series: Pramod Kumar

According to former CEO and chairperson of Xerox - Anna M. Mulcahy "Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability and credibility of an organization."

As an employee centric organization, Girikon seconds this thought. With this we strive to delve a bit deeper to understand the coalition of our employees with the organization.

This month we shine the spotlight on one of the oldest member of the Girikon Family Mr. Pramod Kumar.  Let’s take a walkthrough of his more than a decade long journey, his experiences and accomplishments in Girikon.

‘No one is a born leader – leaders are created. To accomplish our goals, we need to hone our skills regularly and adopt a problem solving attitude’ – Pramod Kumar (Technical Architect)
